One of today's greatest interpreters of Sibelius, Colin Davis conducts the composer's tone poem Pohjola's Daughter and his Seventh Symphony. The programme also includes Janacek's tribute to the legendary Cossack freedom fighter Taras Bulba and Stravinsky's Second World War-inspired Symphony in Three Movements.
